I Stumbled upon Elance.com again. Elance is a website to connect raw talent with contracts for miscellaneous jobs. The design definitely centered around active users. Companies or individuals post small to large jobs and allows potential contractors to view and sort through the posts. This allows the contractors to find things they are experienced or qualified with. The jobs range from IT and programming to legal to sales even engineering.
